Our residential deep clean package includes the following:
- Dusting top to bottom (includes fan blades/light fixtures/wall decor & wiping down baseboards)
- Detailed cleaning of light switches
- Sweep/Mop/Vacuum of all flooring surfaces
- Kitchen clean up (excludes interior of fridge & oven*)
- Wiping counter tops & faces of cabinetry
- Wiping window sills & lock rails (excludes window glass & blinds*)
- Making beds
- Emptying trash
Deep Cleans are priced based on square footage.
The rate is .14 per square foot.
